How long is the mentoring programme?The duration of the programme is 6 months. What will the programme involve?Monthly one-on-one mentoring sessions Multiple virtual group events led by experts on specific topics In-person event/s Resources (e.g. an Individual Mentoring Plan template and onboarding mentoring guide)

Are there any minimum participant requirements?No. There are no strict minimum participant requirements, but generally, the more experienced professionals will be considered to join us as mentors and mentee priority will be given to less experienced, junior practitioners.

Can international professionals participate?Yes. The programme is virtual but we're planning to host at least one IRL event in London where all participants will be invited and get an opportunity to connect in person.
