COMMUNITY-LED, REVENUE SHARED

The FMH belongs to its members. So does the upside.

We're a non-profit, member-run collective and community interest company (CIC). The FMH Fractional Operators create the value (by running initiatives and moderating the community) and share in what the hub makes.

01 / CONTRIBUTE

Members create the value

The FMH Fractional Operators run the show, and their contribution is tracked openly.

02 / EARN

Revenue flows back

Premium, events & sponsors form one pool. Operators draw from it by the work they put in.

03 / GOVERN

The collective decides

An elected operator group sets direction. The FMH advisory board stewards.
